Qualitative research is carried out both in the form of traditional face2face meetings via individual in-depth interviews (IDI) or focus group interviews (FGI), or in the form of dedicated online communities. Using available online technologies allows us to conduct qualitative research e.g. among persons that spontaneously discuss the researched topics in social media and the so-called difficult target groups, including bloggers, vloggers, specialists, affluents, or high management.
In terms of qualitative research, we offer:
- in-depth interviews (IDI);
- focus groups (FGI);
- online communities (BBD) and other solutions.
In terms of online qualitative research, we are also able to measure the activity of the respondents on mobile devices and computers.
