History and Mision
IRCenter is one of the first research agencies on the Polish market that focuses on combining the research and technological perspectives. The innovative approach to data derived from digital media and the cooperation with leading marketing technologies suppliers allowed the company to implement new research methodologies (including social media research or SEO/SEM research), which effectively supplement the traditional research techniques.
We conduct qualitative research (FGI, IDI, Concept LAt, etc.) and quantitative research(CAWI, CATI, CAPI, etc.).
The mission of IRCenter is to deliver insights and recommendations that are precise and implementation-ready, in order to improve our Clients’ business in terms of digital media (profitable decisions). In our work, we follow these principles:
- Combined perspectives, both at the level of research techniques and of data analysis, which allows us to deliver conclusions and recommendations that go beyond a simple quantitative summary;
- Holistic approach to digital media, which allows us to comprehensively analyse the presence of brands and consumers online, without limitation to only one touchpoint;
- Agile research, direct, iterative work on a research project, which on one hand allows us to keep the costs of the research project at a relatively low level, while on the other hand contributing to better study quality;
- Data consultancy, which combines quantitative data analysis (e.g. SPSS, R) with the qualitative analysis of opinions and contents published by consumers in social media.
The company was established in 2010, as one of the first Polish suppliers of tools dedicated to monitoring social media and analysing Facebook. In the five years since, it has provided services to over 100 companies and institutions that are active in digital media (and more).
